Before our stay i read a few month's of reviews here where candidly it made me nervous and gave me second thoughts in staying here. BUT... our expectations were exceeded. Sure, it's far from the Ritz Carlton but the 2-beroom was clean, solid furnishings, and given the rate, the value was a 10 out of 10. The building is on the older side yet seemed to be kept up just fine, the grounds were lush and managed, and the pool was crystal clear. The locations also was ideal (we visit Pompano all the time) No complaints, i recommend this property ...i don't think you will find better value for your money anywhere this close to the beach.
Our family spent a week at this property and had an absolutely wonderful time. The location is close enough to walk to the beach which we did to watch the sun rise and then we went back and forth throughout the day. The front desk (Camila) was very responsive all week when we asked questions about the property, renting beach chairs and umbrellas, and assisting with check in and check out. I highly recommend this property if you are in the Pompano Beach area!
I want to express my most sincere thanks to the supervisor Mayrelin Mendoza for her incredible attention during my stay at the hotel. I stayed in room 403 and from the moment I arrived, Mayrelin was very professional and friendly. He was always aware that everything was in perfect condition, and his willingness to help was exceptional. His friendly attitude and dedication made my experience much more pleasant. It is a real pleasure to find people so committed to the quality of service. Without a doubt, I will return to this hotel, and I know that I will be in good hands with such a professional team. Thank you, Mayrelin, for making my stay so pleasant.
Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The room was beautiful, cozy, and impeccably clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. We also really enjoyed the pool, an ideal place for rest and relaxation. It's definitely a highly recommended place, and we hope to return in the future .
I had a wonderful stay at Riverside Resort! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We absolutely loved the pool i definitely will be back next month.
I loved staying at Riverside Resort. I took my children since spring break had started. The customer service was amazing The front desk was attentive to my family. The rooms are big and clean. The BBQ was the best to share with the family. My husband loved it too. Unfortunately, I had to stay more days in Miami, but I would definitely return to Riverside Resort for the next spring break.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, quiet, and good value for the price. We were most pleased that it was just a short walk from the beach. Camila was very helpful and promptly assisted us with any inquiries.
What a wonderful stay by the beach. We were set to arrive in town after the office closed and the staff was so accommodating. They gave me the door code and got me checked in over the phone to make check in simple. We arrived and unfortunately someone in one of the rooms was smoking, certainly not the facilities fault but y’all, don’t smoke in the rooms.. come one. This place is no 5 star resort so do not have those expectations. However, if you want a cozy Florida oasis that feels very close to nature, this is the place for you. They have beautiful and mature landscaping and little lizards running everywhere. The pool is lovely and they provided pool toys and beach balls which was a nice touch. We stayed for three nights and didn’t want to leave. The beach proximity was wonderful. There was a Christmas boat parade down the river right next to the facility as well which was wonderful as well. The responsiveness of staff was wonderful and felt very comfortable and non intrusive. Generally at normal hotels they come banging on the door to clean at 9 am and that was not an issue here. We slept in and enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful facility. We will certainly be back! Remember not to have perfect expectations for this one, but you will enjoy your stay non the less.
